Voting Procedure:

The electronic election of ten new members will take place from September 7th at 00:00:00 CET until October 6th at 24:00:00 CET.
No more than 3 members of the council can come from the same country.
The members can vote up to 6 candidates.

The list of nomination was approved at the General Assembly, at ICALP 09.
